He completed full-time law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź and a three and a half year legal adviser's apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków, which ended with the legal adviser's exam passed before the Examination Board appointed by the Minister of Justice.

He has extensive experience in pursuing motor, property and personal damages before courts, as well as the consequences of accidents, which he acquired by running a Legal Advisor's Office for many years and working for eight years at PZU SA in the Claims Settlement and Claims Center where he went through the next stages of his professional career, including :

• managed a branch of the Insurer's Claims Settlement Center;
• made decisions and submitted declarations on the granting of compensation or benefits in respect of motor vehicle, property, personal, accidental (NNW) damages, in the amount of several million zlotys per month;
• completed a number of courses in the field of insurers' liability for damages, insurance claims handling, team management, working time, effective communication, negotiations, etc.
