A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the field of Transport. He obtained a master's degree in motor vehicle operation engineering. He is licensed as an Insurance Broker by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Specialist in the field of insurance law, motor and property claims settlement, improving safety and risk assessment in car fleets, selling corporate insurance for the largest companies in Poland. He has many years of experience, which he acquired while working for PZU SA, including as:

• vehicle appraiser in the Technical Vehicle Claims Settlement Division (preparation of technical expertise, vehicle valuations, vehicle repair cost estimates);
• specialist in the field of substantive liquidation of motor and property damages. He has several thousand liquidated damages on his account;
• loss adjustment training trainer for agents and multi-agents;
• completed a number of courses in the field of insurers' liability for damages, insurance claims handling, expert systems Audatex, Eurotax, Infoekspert, etc.
