She specializes in managing strategic client relationships, coordinating international operational processes, and negotiating with insurers and business partners. She conducts training for management, freight forwarders, and dispatchers. She speaks German at a native speaker level and is fluent in English and Russian, also utilizing Serbian and Turkish in her business dealings.
