On May 18, 2018 in Krakow at the EXPO Krakow ul. Galicyjska 9, the conference "Polish road transport versus new regulations restricting access to the EU market" was held. The conference was combined with the inauguration of the 5th MOTO SHOW Fair in Krakow, and its participants took part in the opening of the Fair and the pre-premiere tour of the exhibition.

The conference was addressed to road transport entrepreneurs and automotive support companies providing services for road transport cooperating with members of the Association.

The debate was held with the participation of outstanding experts and experts in the EU transport market and concerned the administrative shaping of economic conditions and the problems that carriers will face in their operations if new regulations on the posting of workers and changes in the regulations on access to the profession are adopted. The subject of the new rules of transport in the European Union and the risks they bring to the economic condition of Polish road transport and the safety of transport were discussed.

As a result of the discussion, the areas of activity were defined and the expected scope of support for our industry was indicated, which will allow the Polish transport to maintain its position on the EU transport services market. (source ozptd)
