Responsibilities:
- liquidation of traffic and property damage,
- reporting damage to insurers,
- informing clients about the status of claims settlement,
- coordination of the inspection of damaged property,
- verification of the amount and legitimacy of claims based on the CMR Convention and transport law,
- lodging appeals and complaints against decisions of insurers, etc.
