A long-time employee of PZU SA responsible for liquidation of property damage and civil liability, and then for relations with clients and consideration of appeals and complaints. 

In Galicia, Brokers performs the function of the Specialist for the liquidation of damages in goods based on the CONVENTION ON THE CONTRACT FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY ROAD (CMR). Responsibilities:

• liquidation of property damage (including carrier's liability insurance) occurring in Poland and abroad,
• reporting damage to insurers,
• informing clients about the status of claims settlement,
• coordination of the inspection of damaged property,
• verification of the amount and legitimacy of claims based on the CMR Convention and transport law,
• lodging appeals and complaints against decisions of insurers, etc.
