After more than two years of proceedings before the District Court in Kraków (9th Commercial Division), we managed to sign a settlement in which the insurer accepted liability for the damage under the Freight Forwarder's third party liability insurance policy.

The case involved the theft of goods worth over €25,000 by a so-called fake carrier. The insurer initially refused to pay, claiming the incident was excluded from coverage.

However, we demonstrated in court that:
