After a trailer caught fire on the A7 motorway in Germany, the carrier was forced to pay €32,000 out of pocket for rescue and cleanup. The tractor's insurer and the trailer's insurer argued over liability, citing German law... and neither was willing to pay.

The District Court in Krakow confirmed our position and awarded us over PLN 153,000 in third-party liability insurance for the tractor-trailer. ✔️⚖️
