On January 20, 2022, at the Alabaster Residence in Rzeszów, courtesy and invitation by Mr. Paweł Miąsik (www.agencjabt.pl www.informatorkierowcy.pl) Galicja Broker conducted a training on the liability of a road carrier in domestic and international traffic based on the CMR Convention and national law.

The first part of the meeting concerned:

"Changes in road transport - MOBILITY PACKAGE 2022"

• MOBILITY Package - changes from February 2, 2022,

• Amendment to the Road Transport Act,

• Amendment to the act on driver's working time,

• Amendments to the Road Traffic Act - the Highway Code,

• Amendments to the Act - Labor Code (significant changes in the structure of remuneration for international drivers, new employment contracts, employer's liability),

• Tax changes 2022 - Polish LAD in transport,

• Changes in motor insurance.
