Activities: The project consists of implementing a process and product innovation. We plan to implement a new, innovative product in the form of a dedicated application and the resulting new processes in the company and on the client's side in the area of policy management and the implementation of transport, property and other damage. The product and processes will be significantly different from those previously used in the company and among internal users.

The project involves the implementation of a dedicated mobile application enabling policy management, reporting damages, and access to advice.
and support, back-up integrating all customer information, enabling segmentation, personalization of offers and tracking of cooperation history. Thanks to the innovative dedicated application, tools will be implemented to automate business processes, such as policy management and claims settlement. The use of analytical tools in the application to assess performance and identify areas for optimization will allow for the measurement and analysis of cases, time and improvement of the solutions used.
Investments in advanced cybersecurity solutions, regular employee training will protect the company from unauthorized incidents that threaten digital security. Implementation of big data analysis tools and use of AI to predict market trends and customer behavior will allow the company to develop using modern technologies.
To complete the task, it is necessary to order the production and purchase of the application together with the application license, purchase of computer equipment, purchase of telephones, a back-up server and training for employees in order to learn how to use the application and improve digital competences.

The project will be implemented throughout the country in the period 15.03.2024 -14.03.2026

Project objectives: The aim of the project is to provide a modern digital solution that will combine several procedures in one application and will allow for the automation of processes in real time and for data aggregation, processing, analysis and execution of orders. Thanks to the implementation of the new application and system solutions, the time of handling the claim notification and execution of payment will be shortened to approx. 2 hours from the previous several hours/several days and we will exclude unreliable notifications.

The aim is also to increase operational efficiency, improve the quality of services and products, and strengthen market competitiveness through innovative solutions in the area of Industry 4.0.

Project results: The effect will be the optimization of processes in the company and related logistics processes. It is planned to use digital solutions and data resources in order to increasingly network the internal structure, change relationships with customers, suppliers, change the business model, increase the productivity of the company, reduce operating costs and improve the services provided.
